FlowFit Yoga
FlowFit Yoga, formerly known as 'Hola Yoga,' approached me for a complete rebrand and market repositioning. The goal was to shift the studio's focus from the traditional "yogi" vibe to emphasising the health and fitness benefits of yoga. This strategic change aimed to attract a broader audience by aligning the brand with the wellness and fitness industry.
Objective
The objective was to create a new brand identity that resonated with a wider range of customers, positioning FlowFit Yoga as a modern, fitness-oriented studio. This involved moving away from the typical yoga studio stereotypes and instead highlighting the physical and mental health benefits of yoga.
Process
To ensure the rebrand was successful, the studio owner and I conducted several workshops to refine the brand's new look and feel. We also ran surveys with both existing customers and individuals who had not previously attended classes at Hola Yoga.
This research provided valuable insights into customer perceptions and preferences, guiding the rebranding process.
Outcome
The rebrand to FlowFit Yoga successfully attracted a diverse range of new customers and set a trend within the industry.
Many other yoga studios have actually began to follow suit, adopting similar strategic repositioning that focuses on health, wellness, and fitness, moving away from traditional yoga stereotypes.
